The legalizations

For the legalizations of documents, the user shoul make an application letter stamped at 2 euros and introduce it with both the origiginal and a photocopy of the document submitted to legalization.

The original is required even if the application is made for the legalization of a translated document..

The documents already legalized by the Ministry of External Relations and the Embassy of Spain in Camerooon do not need any more legalization in the Embassy of Cameroon in Spain. 

The documents issued by the spanish authorities should be legalized by the spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation prior their submission to the legalization of the Embassy of Cameroon in Spain

The legalization fees are 2 euros.

 

The reception of the applications and the retrieval are scheduled the same as for the passports and registrations.

 

TRANSCRIPTION

- Parts provided for transcription of birth certificate are the following.:

- spanish birth certificate,photocopy of the identity documents of parents,(passport, consular card, national identity card).

In case one of the parents is a foreigner, introduce,(residence card of the child, or certificate of empadronamiento justfying the Cameroonian nationality of the child.

- Application form and 2 euros represnting the stamp fees.
